This one of a kind van conversion features 2 queen sized beds (top bed is on a motorized Happijac bed lift system and easily moves up and down with the push of a button. The bed below converts into bench seating and table on a swivel arm and can be used as a dining, game, or work area. This van can legally drive 4 passengers (with its removable second row seats with seat belts and anchor points for kids car seats) and has the capacity to comfortably sleep 4 adults.
This luxury van is all season with it’s Esbar air heater connected to the vehicle’s gas tank, R13 value wool insulation in the walls (similar to the value you find in a residential home), on-demand 12 volt electric hot water, 9 volt heating cable and insulation wrapped around all of the plumping and piping, heat pads for lithium batteries, and heat pads under the fresh water tanks. A Bonus is that no propane is needed for any part of this build. For cooking, there is a double burner cook top that stores in the cabinet under the sink when not in use. While this van is winter ready, it’s also ready for the hot summer days with its energy efficient 12 volt Dometic rooftop AC unit. It is the most energy efficient 12 volt AC unit on the market right now for camper vans and RVs.
This van is currently located in Minturn, CO and can be toured upon request. The build is still under warranty until December 2023. This van is one of a kind and will sell fast. Also, this van is eligible for an RV loan of up to 20 years!
