This has been a great rv for the family and only used a few times. Only reason for selling is looking to get into a motorhome. This rv has a Large pass through storage in the front as well as the added storage in the bunk room that can be easily taken out and turned back into a bunk. Couch in the bunk room turns into a full sized pullout. Can sleep 8 but would be tight! Tires are two years old with under 5k miles on them. This is a 50 amp coach and was factory wired for the second air conditioner up front which we ended up adding. TWO 15k BTU AIR CONDITIONERS! Battery is also two years old. The trailer is always plugged in and charging when not being used. All of the Axle bearings were taken out last year and inspected/repacked and brakes inspected as well. Everything works great and is turn key. 32 feet of living space and 36 feet overall. The trailer is heavy and has about 1200lbs of tongue weight without weight distribution hitch.
