Beautiful 2014 Outlaw 37MD (middle den) toy hauler with 11ft garage! Our family of four has full-timed for four years in this motorhome and travelled coast-to-coast multiple times while making memories in all 48 states! The best part? This rig has NEVER left us stranded or afoot.

As a former Automotive Service Manager, I’m religious about maintenance and taking care of repairs as they are needed. All fluids and filters on this unit have been changed at regular intervals with BG Products additives used in the fuel (44K fuel system cleaner) and oil (BG MOA) for coach and generator engines at each change. The great thing about buying from a full-time family is that no issues go un-checked for long. We have to make repairs and upgrades in a timely manner to keep us on the road reliably and living comfortably. As such, I would continue to drive this motorhome for tens of thousands more miles without issue. We have simply “outgrown” this floorplan and replaced it with a diesel pusher and trailer.

Mechanically, there are no lights on the dash or faults in the system (nor have I EVER had one!), and no leaks from the drivetrain. The generator very recently started leaking oil a bit so I will get this fixed prior to sale.

Upgrades include:

– LED projector headlamps.

– LED fog/driving lamps.

– Custom diamond-pleated upholstered front seats in black and red kangaroo leather.

– Color-customizable remote LED lights in many areas of the living space.

– Butcher block top on Ikea sit/stand desk in front living area.

– Four Ikea adjustable bar stools.

– Painted white and web gray cabinets in front living area.

– Glass tile and glass bowl sink in bathroom.

– Fold-out loveseat in middle den can be used as a bed even with slide in.

– Perfect Cloud mattress in the loft.

– Foldable wall-mounted standing-height desk in garage.

– Mini fridge in garage.

– Second, in-line fuel pump added to the generator line to help in hot weather.

Notable new parts:

– Two new Li-Ion batteries installed 2022.

– New inverter.

– New transfer switch.

– New Toyo M154 steer tires 2022 (drive tires are five years old). I keep 304 Protectant on the tires to protect them from UV.

– New roof in winter of 2022 (a tree branch fell and dented a roof radius, we replaced the entire membrane when that radius piece was replaced).

– Three new MaxxFan units at time of roof.

– New Winegard 360 at time of roof.

– New front shocks winter 2022.

– New right front leaf spring winter 2022.

– New front spring shackles 9/23.

– Spark plugs replaced spring 2023.

– Exhaust manifold studs (a common issue on the Ford V10) replaced L side 2022, R side 9/23.

– Generator has all new fuel lines, carburetor, fuel pump, control board and added in-line fuel pump! Valves were adjusted last year and a new stator was installed by Onan in 2021.

– And more…. All reciepts and records in-hand.

There is some normal interior, exterior and mechanical wear and tear (chips/scratches/inop items) to be expected with 90k miles of use, but we do try and keep it clean and shiny! We are making small repairs over the coming weeks and the price will be more or less negotiable as those repairs are made.
