It’s in perfect running condition, we lived out of it for nearly a year so there isn’t anything that’s not functional. The engine and generator were ran once every week to 2 weeks. Generator only has 730 hours. The fresh water tank was sanitized every 3 months. There are no rain leaks. The roof was relined just over a year ago, looks brand new. It has new tires, new house batteries, and new fresh water filter. Only issue with the RV is some exterior cosmetic items in the front and rear of the clear coat, since it’s painted, not wrapped. It will be coming with a lot of extra items like Starlink, Dyson v15 cordless, drills and tools, purple king mattress, 65” Sony Bravia OLED, a PS5, an Apple TV, Apple HomePod, glassware, silverware, chairs, table, etc. It’s all ready to go.
