We hate to sell it but, we dont use it enough we only flew the plane about 8 hours in the last 12 months.

I am selling our 1972 Cessna 421B.

We hate to sell it but, we dont use it enough we only flew the plane about 8 hours in the last 12 months.

Its out of its annual 2/1/2024 it was just shy of 35k.

The last annual was 50k which included new exhaust, and in June 2023 it received IFR certification, new tires, LED strobes, all new rubber in the fuel system, gaskets on the intake systems, brakes, and some other small items for another 20k.

We basically we spent around 100k to make sure this plane was 100% correct so any contract pilot can jump in it and fly it.

Log books are complete, Has ADSB out to 18000ft.

The plane is not perfect but it is very presentable as is and something anyone would be proud to own.
